I am Dr. Pravin Ghule, Assistant Librarian at Agasti Arts, Commerce, and Dadasaheb Rupwate Science College in Akole Ahilya Nagar. Our college is located in a rural and tribal area, and we haven't had much exposure to technology. However, after attending the workshop organized by the National Virtual Library of India and IIT Bombay, funded by the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, on Koha Library Automation for Beginners, I’ve gained a lot of knowledge.
I strongly believe that the tutorials created by IIT Bombay through the Spoken Tutorial project will be immensely helpful in setting up and managing libraries in our tribal and rural areas using Koha software. I am truly grateful to the National Virtual Library of India, the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and IIT Bombay for creating these valuable resources and making them accessible to everyone.
